Some have been desperately trying to emulate these Michelle Obama arms, but discovered that it is really no easy stuff. So, for you who want to have that body of a first lady, follow these simple and easy steps.

1. Make your biceps, or the middle arm, firm and toned by regularly doing the bicep curls. Michelle Obama says she usually does this every morning with her President husband before sending the kids to school or attending various meetings. Here is how you do the bicep curls: in a standing position, put your arms at your sides with the palms facing out. Carry two light dumbbells with both hands, curl up your arms across your chest while flexing your elbows.
2. Arms bigger than the shoulders look awful for a woman, so this should be avoided getting the desired Obama’s arms. To do this, you need to hold a 5- to 10-pound dumbbell with your left hand with fist facing down. Step your right foot slightly away from your body to the right. With a strong grip on the dumbbell, raise your hand on the left side of your body, leveling your torso. Do this for 12 times. Transfer the dumbbell to your right hand and do the steps over again.
3. Improve your triceps by following these simple steps: Look for a chair or any other firm object that has at least two-foot elevation. Sit on it and stretches your foot in front of you.
